Most products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be made, packed and dispatched.

During busy periods, personalised or custom orders may take slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you.

Incorrect delivery details

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at tycer.orders@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.
